Raze (verb) - To tear down; demolish; level to the ground.

Hello,

Raze is a Hardcore PVP Sith Faction guild that was just recently formed by three people who have been best friends since the sandboxes and have been gaming together for many years. We are a friendly, easy going guild that is always willing to give a fellow guild mate a helping hand. We have been through MMO's and guild's over the past few years and decided to stop being followers and make our own guild based on how we like it. We are all about community and dedication. We are a brand new guild so we are seeking skilled, dedicated members to make Raze grow. Even though We are looking for experienced, skilled members we do NOT discriminate against new players as we feel everybody has to start somewhere. Though we lean towards a PVP style of gameplay, we feel that PVE is also a vital aspect of our Guild as it helps us in Player versus Player combat. Besides being a Hardcore PVP Guild we are also a Hardcore Endgame Guild that will seek to conquer possible Endgame Raid scenarios. Looking at our game play style as a Guild we break it down to 60% of it being PVP related and 40% of it being other styles such as PVE, crafting, raids, quests, etc.

Guild Structure

Guild Hierarchy
- The brains of the entire Guild organization making any key decisions that would preferably benefit the Guild as a whole.

Executive Officer - Davidzing931
- Complete Overseer of Guild Logistics and Inter-Guild relationships.

Superior Officers
-The Eyes and Ears in their designated issues as well as dealing with improvements within the guild, working along side with the Guild Hierarchy.

S1- Recruitment Officer - Officer in charge of spotting potential new Guild members and encourages the potential members to seek application.
S2- Tactical Officer - Officer in charge of putting together potential PVP events and developing potential Tactical procedures that will benefit the Guild in PVP situations. Basically, our most technically book smart members.
S3 - Raiding Officer - Officer in charge of discovering, scouting, and gathering Intel on potential raid scenarios, as well as scheduling dates and times for Raid events.
Members
- If the Guild Hierarchy are the brains, the Superior Officers are the eyes, ears, and voice, then the members are the spirit of the Guild.
Initiates
- When we accept an application we put these individuals on an Initiate trial period of one week to determine if they become a full member or not. These individuals are judged on different aspects including activity and maturity.
Who we are looking for
Raze is looking for active, mature, and skilled individuals that are willing to be highly involved in the Guild and are up to date with new information about SWTOR. We are not looking for average players, but those who excel in all aspects of gaming. We are looking for humble, respectful, team players who always take their Guild's name with pride. Our Guild knows when to have fun and when to be serious so we expect players to know as well.
- We are also looking for individuals who are willing to craft to help establish a strong Guild Economy ( one of our main priorities ).


Requirements
Raze Guild only accepts people that are 18 or older. You must be active within the Guild, whether that means being on Xfire talking to us, posting on our forums or posting on the official SWTOR forums as it helps get our name out. You must be apart of the Sith faction. You must have a microphone or be able to purchase one. You must be able to speak understandable English.


Basic Guild Information
-Sith faction only
-Role Playing - This Guild will not be involved in RP events, but allows it's members to engage in this activity on their own time.
-18 and up
-PVP, even though we encourage all aspects of playing we emphasize PVP the most.
-North American Region
